REPLACEMENT paper cover ROLLER for the FLEX terminal includes the GEAR This is the paper cover ROLLER assembly ONLY. Typically the gear at the end get chewed-up or breaks. NOTE: In many cases the cause for bad printing is not the gear. So first lift the door and turn the roller around and see if one or more TEETH are missing OR the white gear is missing altogether.If there is nothing amiss, then the print problem is inside the printer which is not accessible to you. The print mech problem shows as light or missing printed columns .The bad gear problem manifests itself as sputtering, noise and skipping print lines entirely. I do not sell the GEAR separately since the only way they are available from Clover are complete roller/gear assemblies.
