Repair may include only the following: - Clear "TAMPER" or "Bad RTC Chip" error msg on START-UP screen (due to depleted battery) - REPLACE dead backup battery = This is the small soldered-in battery that keeps the DATE correct (and merchant program) and is also used in TAMPERing circuits ALL OTHER PROBLEMS will be diagnosed and if cannot be repaired the unit will be sent back with REFUND (except shipping). If repairable at a higher cost (up to $20 higher) you will have the option to accept or reject. I will provide Shipping instructions by email after payment. I will ship back repaired unit within 5 business days using USPS PRIORITY MAIL !
