Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks depending on the repairs or parts necessary to complete repair. Included: 1- Repair of all VeriFone TAMPER RTC CHIP, TAMPERED, or TAMPERING errors. 2- Reset Passwords to original factory settings. 3-UNLOCK certificate (removal of previous locked certificate) so terminal can be downloaded 4- Return UPS or FedEx ground shipping Additional economical charges will require your approval for:Replacing keypads, printer, card readers, Top/Bottom cases, LCD display, etc. Uneconomical repairs will be returned at no cost other than return shipping, or alternatively we can scrap in house. Why send us your repairs: 1- We don't charge a fee for repairs that beyond economical repair. If we don't repair it, we don't charge you for it. 2- We offer a one year warranty on all product, not the 6 month standard; and have been in business for over a decade. 2- We are a professional repair facility; repairs or replacements are sent directly from us, not to and from a third party.
