This square terminal was purchased for a backup payment method when the power or internet went down. We would Hotspot and still be able to take payments in any situation. This unit is in great shape with a flawless screen and was working well until one day it started having problems charging, it was intermittent at first but eventually it wouldnt come on anymore or except a charge. Unsure if its a battery, charging port, or another problem causing this. Great unit if you know how to fix it or use it for parts
